Princess Lulu is coming along beautifully with her R+ Education!

She is a confident little lady, so we thought she might be a prime candidate for demonstrating how we can use R+ tools to work with a confident and "pushy" type of horse, rather than a shut down and/or fearful horse. But, thus far, she has been a star and more regulated in her sessions than we anticipated.

Lulu is working on her default behavior (standing in leading position with a human on both sides with her head and neck straight ahead of her) and has attained a duration of 3 seconds. She is also working on touching and following a hand held target for leading and is really enjoying that game! The volunteers love Lulu and we will keep you posted on her progress!
