Meet Ginger - Senior Companion Horse at Hoofbeat Heroes

Ginger is a 23-year-old mare, grade, and 14 hands. She is a very kind and gentle companion horse. She is currently underweight, probably a 4 bsc, but improving now that she eats all her feed and hay. She was a bit of a picky eater as we increased her alfalfa and senior intake. She has shown a willingness to be a kid’s leadline horse, and we are continuing to get her experience with that.
